Account Deactivated- Section 3 Policy
Hello everyone,
Account has been deactivated; after receiving the section 3 policy violation (About multiple accounts being linked) email from Amazon yesterday morning, I appealed the decision by telling them what I believed happened; someone with an Amazon account may had been connected to my IP address. I learned more about this after the deactivation email. I have been honest in my appeal to Amazon. I only have one Amazon Account. I received a reply from Amazon essentially saying they need more information, the message is below. I am confused as to what next steps to take or what information they need as its not clear in the reply. I apologise in advance for the long read, any help/suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
"We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account at this time. To reactivate your account, please take one of the following actions:
- Reactivated any and all accounts that have been enforced for policy violation by submitting one appeal for each enforcement. Please follow the instructions in the communication received for that account or by signing into your Seller Central account.
OR - Substantiated claims that you once owned the account or had account rights but no longer own it or no longer have account rights by providing supporting documentation. This includes but is not limited to sales deed, purchase agreement, business transfer agreement, contract termination, etc.
OR - Confirmed that you have never owned a separate account and believe this deactivation was in error. If we cannot substantiate the claim, your account will not be reinstated and this account will not be allowed to do business on Amazon in the future."

So, this person who you believe may have been connected to your IP address, has their account been deactivated.
How long ago were they connected to your IP address

Hi,
We have 5 different companies with different directors.
We have been trading with Amazon for the last 12 years, we have seller central accounts and even vendor central accounts.
This Company has a Natural Director and another Company which is an holding company which has 2 directors it self.
The above companies account was not opened and no reason was given we gave up and moved on.
Recently our other accounts have started to close and we are loosing £4000.00 per day due to this.
We have been trying to contact someone in Amazon for the last 3 months and we have recieved no response. All we get is the documents have been rejected and it just goes round and round.
Can someone please help.

so firstly why did you allow the other person to log onto their seller account on your wifi ?
Was it just on the wifi or was it on one of your own devices ?
Was the other sellers account deactivated at the same time as yours - this weekend ? or was theirs deactivated some time ago ?
