FBM customer addresses are incomplete.
For FBM, is there anyone only getting partial customer addresses from Amazon? Orders are missing the details on the address and only showing the town and state. This has happened to me twice, items are never delivered to customers and USPS says "undeliverable" Then customer asks for a refund. Thank you.

That somehow does not sound right. Could you provide me with related Order numbers? You can post them here if you like. With those numbers I can investigate whether this is an anomaly or if there are signs of a possible programming glitch.

I just checked Order #114-6863758-9200261. I see that there is a buyer/seller message recorded on 05/22/2024 06:57 PDT. Therein the buyer admitted that it was their error. Saying "You’re completely right. I just adjusted my address to reflect the apt number. Sorry about the confusion. But thank you so much for the processing the refund."
Regarding Order #113-5654816-7377847, the address appears to be complete, including the apartment number. I do see from the tracking that the post office left a notice because there was no secure location where they could leave the package. I do understand that the buyer did not want to make a trip to the post office to get their delivery. I hope you received this package back in your hands and can refund the buyer for it.
