I expect it does get ignored since it is irrelevant.

How exactly were you sending your items and recording them for VTR? How are you now going to do it to maintain a good VTR? What did you send Amazon as your appeal?

Hi There.
Yes ill pull it out and pop it on here.
all our packs go out as parcels as the packs are too thick to use large letter rate.
I did on a few occasions put the tracking code from the RM 48 label, but it didnt seem to make any difference and my VTR rate got higher and higher.

Your rate should have been getting higher, its meant to be over 95% and if you sent every parcel rm48 with a barcode amazon would have validated the non scanned ones and you’d be fine.

Have you read the vtr policy?

Hello

We recently had our seller fulfilled account suspended owing to a low percentage VTR.

Reasons

We’ve looked at the reasons why and as our orders were of low value we had shipped by a more economic untracked royal mail solution.

Because we weren’t supplying the tracking number as part of the order fulfilment, our tracking rate percentage reduced and our account was suspended.

Solution.

We have now found a solution which will offer a 100% tracking rate.

  1. We have integrated our RM click and drop system with the amazon system and each order that is sent, will automatically with supply the tracking number which will be passed onto the customer.
  2. We will increase the size of our orders to make it more economical for the customer.

Any larger orders beyond the Royal Mails size limited we send via courier accounts we have, these all supply tracking numbers which we will update on the system.

I’ve attached a copy of a screen shot of our integration showing the relevant information.

Thanks

That only has 2 parts not the 3 parts they ask for in your email. You need to download your VTR report to get a proper grip of what’s wrong, read the policy and then rewrite it. For example, what’s wrong isn’t that your items were sent untracked it’s that you were recording dispatch the wrong way.
