My account has been deactivated saction 3
About 3 weeks ago, I was informed that my account was under review and that if I did not make a video call, it would be closed. I made a video call and then sent all the documents they requested to mail. However, they kept sending me the same email. They did not even review the documents. I sent an email each time explaining why they did this, but no one gave a proper answer. I call the account health department and get different answers every time. I provided all the documents they requested. But they still do not open my account. The last email I received is as follows: Thank you for your appeal. After reviewing the information, we have decided that your seller account will remain deactivated as in accordance with Section 3 of "Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement". Ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account. Funds will not be transferred to you but will stay in your account while we work with you to address this issue.
Why did this happen?.
We have taken this measure on your account as we believe that your account or other related accounts operated by you may have been used for deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity.
How do I appeal this decision?

Nobody help me nobody solve my problem. I don't know why deactivated my account and keep my money. This is nor fair.

Unfortunately, you can not appeal at all to this decision.
"Fraudulent and illegal" is the death sentence of a seller account. Furthermore they write:
