This product must be removed from the shipment because there are currently no fulfilment centers in the destination country capable of receiving the product

Hello, I am trying to ship my products to Pan EU inventory but the system at Step 1 gives me the following error: This product must be removed from the shipment because there are currently no fulfilment centers in the destination country capable of receiving the product. (This error for every ASIN of my fba inventory).

Now, I work with FBA in my country and everything is fine, but when I am trying to ship to other countries’ warehouses I am stucked at step one with this frustrating error. I don’t know what to do anymore. Any solutions?

The error message you are receiving indicates that there are currently no fulfillment centers in the destination country that can receive your products. This may be due to various reasons, such as capacity issues, specific product restrictions or regulatory requirements.

Here are a few steps you can take to resolve this issue:

  1. Check the Amazon Seller Central help pages and forums to see if there are any known issues or restrictions with shipping your particular products to the destination country.
  2. Contact Amazon Seller Support to ask for more information about the issue and how it can be resolved. They may be able to provide more details on why your products are not eligible for shipment to the destination country and suggest alternative solutions.
  3. Consider using a third-party logistics provider (3PL) that is experienced in cross-border shipping to the destination country. They may be able to help you navigate any regulatory requirements and find the best shipping solutions for your products.
  4. Check if there are any alternative fulfillment centers in the destination country that are currently accepting your products. You can do this by going to the “Create a Shipment” page and selecting “Inventory Placement Option” to see if there are any other available fulfillment centers.
  5. If none of the above solutions work, consider focusing on selling your products in your current country and exploring other international markets that are more accessible.

It’s important to note that cross-border shipping can be complex and there may be various factors that impact your ability to ship to a particular country. Therefore, it’s advisable to seek professional advice and support to ensure that you are complying with all regulatory requirements and making the most of your international sales opportunities.
