No Feedback Why?
Hi,
I have not received any feedback from my customers since 2019.
Please can you tell me why?
I love feedback as it lets me know that i’m doing a good job.

Surprising that you’ve had no feedback since 2019, is that both feedback on your Seller Account and or product reviews?
Compared to some other selling platforms you’ll receive a significant reduction in feedback by customers on Amazon, it can be as low as a few % of your total sales will receive feedback.
I’ve been selling on Amazon since 2015 and only had a total of 393 feedbacks on my Seller Account, but sales are approximately 20,000 +

If your lucky, you will get about 3-5% feedback on sales. So if your sales are very low, your not going to see much feedback.
So how many sales have you made since 2019?

You can see how much of a ‘good job’ you are or are not doing by looking at your performance metrics on your dashboard.

I’ve been on Amazon since 2012 and I’m now in the Handmade category and my % seller feedback is 10.64%.
Handmade, I feel should get more feedback as sellers for customer service because the products are more individual and therefore their buying experience is more individual. We also don’t sell as much to be able to make it much more of a buying experience for our customers.
What do you do to make it more of a “handmade / individual” for your customers? This helps get a little more feedback - BUT I do know that in comparison to any other sites, Amazon feedback is very low.
For instance with me, If it’s obviously a gift and there isn’t an option to buy a gift card on one of my listings, I often put a gift card in with it. Since masks have been worn, for any dangly earrings that are more expensive, I include a pair of stop backs in the packet as they’re far more likely to get lost with being pulled out due to masks going on and off.
I gift wrap every item I sell - even if it isn’t obviously a gift - just in case! And those that are buying for themselves have left feedback to say it felt like they were receiving a little present from themselves. I also put a note in to thank them for choosing to shop with me. All these little things can make a difference as to whether a customer feels as if it’s worth their time and effort bothering to leave feedback.
I do get quite a few product feedbacks too - some brilliant and others, you wish they hadn’t bothered!! Including people who complain about sizing when it’s so clearly listed (even in the bullet points) what size they are, along with lifestyle pictures and always a picture with a flipping ruler! … but hey, that’s life! So as @Blue_Eyed_Boy says “Be careful what you wish for”

On Ebay buyers get feedback, as well as give it. There is no incentive for buyers to give feedback on Amazon.

Hello
Me too, I have been selling for a year on Amazon and only 4 feedbacks. I did sell more than 500 items…

I have been selling on here for at least 15 years. At first I used to get feedback on, at most, 10% of my sales. Currently, I’m lucky to get 1%. The novelty of being able to leave feedback and reviews has worn off for most customers, and they probably now just get annoyed at requests to rate everything from purchases to simple enquiries about bus timetables or shop opening hours

They used to send emails to customers asking for feedback sometime ago since the change feedback is very few and far between.
