Help needed with Hijacker/Unauthorized seller
Hi everyone, I am facing an issue regarding an unauthorised seller of my product and I'm looking for advice please.
My case: I have a pending trademark for my brand with UAE Ministry of Economy, this will take around another 2 months. In the meantime, I signed up to Brand Registry with the pending trademark. I've had a few 'hijackers' attempt to sell my product at a steeply reduced price (I would imagine they are knockoffs), and usually, a cease letter to them has worked. On this occasion, the seller has not responded despite several messages and are still on my listing. I sent a 'Unauthorized distribution' report to Brand Registry and it was rejected, I contacted Amazon Brand Registry to ask them what I can do while my trademark is still pending, but they sent me the same unhelpful response 4 times, basically requesting trademark documents before going further :( I am the sole owner and distributor of my product, I have not authorised anyone else in the market. How do I get rid of this unauthorised seller while my trademark is ongoing? Is it even possible? Do I just have to wait? I am worried for my customers, the brand rep in these early stages, and of course profits too. I am available for questions, thank you so much! :)

I've taken a look at your brand listings, and it seems you have just two listings under the brand name "SHRIMPLYFIT." However, it appears that another seller, "JKjstore," is selling your product without authorization.
Since "JKjstore" is a new seller, I suggest reaching out to them directly to request the removal of your brand listing from their store. You can find their contact information on their store page.
Regarding your query about the cost of registering your brand in Amazon Brand Registry, I am also a seller on Amazon.ae marketplace and considering brand registration myself. Could you please share how much the total cost is for registering your brand?

I am sorry to hear of the difficulties you are experiencing.
In your Account Health Dashboard there is a link to report abuse of Amazon policies. As you don't have Brand Registry yet, it is possible to submit a Public Notice Form when you click on the Intellectual Property (Copyright, Trademark, Patent) violation section.
This is how the page will look
There will be a number of sections for you to complete when you click on the Public Notice Form link. Once submitted the team will review and contact you directly.

**UPDATE for anyone interested: As per Jessica's response in this thread, I sent a Public Notice Form to Amazon reporting this other seller. Note that I had made a test purchase, confirmed the item was indeed a fake and took photos as evidence. Within minutes of submitting the form, the other seller had left my listing, so I assume they had been notified of my report. The report was rejected again because I do not have a trademark (shock haha! :P), so maybe I did something wrong there and it should have been another category or something. Nothing was actioned but it seemed to do the trick for now. I hope this will be helpful to anyone having the same issue. Thank you :)

Please Place a test Buy order from that seller and once you recieve the item Please report to amazon for counterfeit claim or material different claim with valid order id you purchased and the image proof showing its knock off the seller will be removed
