Not eligible to sell
I am a new seller with my own brand (designmark pending). When I tried to apply to sell under my brand I got rejected. The product is maple sugar and I am the direct producer of such. I not sure why this is happening, but maybe it is a sign to not use the platform.
" We are currently not accepting applications for this product. To maintain a safe and trustworthy shopping experience, we restrict certain products from being listed or sold on Amazon. If the ability to list this product changes, you will be able to apply for approval to create ASINs for ** Middle Maples Farm**. In view of the aforementioned, we had to decline your application. "

Hello @Seller_kmDElM5bdIie9,
Amazon requires approval to sell in many categories, brands, and products and in some instances restrictions and policies change. In most situations, a direct invoice from the manufacturer is required. It needs to be a valid invoice directly from the manufacturer and not a receipt.
A letter of authorization (LOA) can also be a valuable addition to your appeal in these situations if you’re sourcing directly from the brand or their manufacturer.
You will find more details about this using the resources below:

I hope this helps.
