I’ve received an intellectual property complain for one of our product we listed. This product was purchased from authorised distributor of the brand all the invoices and confirmation from distributor were provided to amazon. Amazon has reinstated our listing for pack of 4. However, for pack of 2 they are not accepting the same documentation. Amazon declined our invoices which were legitimate for pack of 4 not for pack of 2
My question is what step we can do to make sure our account health is not effected due to false claims makes by brand.
Should we accept the complaint and received the bad rating on account health.
Amazon were contacted again and again they saying need more information.
What best course of action can be taken to solve this issue
