Read onlySince April 27, All ASINs in our store had lost Featured Offer eligibility. We had open the Seller Support Case,As of today, there isn't a very effective solution. Attention pls,Even if we meet the 'Featured Offer eligibility' requirements, the system won't let us get it. This is our current situation, our store has lost the 'Featured Offer' qualification
Meaning: No matter how good our products and services are, they will not earn the 'Featured Offer eligibility' label. Before that, we had at least 30% Featured Offer, after April 27, now the Featured Offer is always 0%. Isn't that a problem with Amazon's system?
Amazon's sales support team always gives ineffective responses like the following:

It went on for about 20 days and none of us got any useful help. So what are we supposed to do now, enjoying the growing loss of orders? Or wait for Amazon to automatically fix the bug?
