Returnless Resolution Rule

Good Morning

Hope someone can clarify something for me, I am trying to set up a Returnless Resolution Rule but what price do I put in the in price range - the price I am happy to refund or price I dont want to refund?

The price range is the product price where you are happy to accept a refund without return.

So 0-5 would be any product between those price points, a return request triggers a returnless refund.

so it’s the price you are happy to refund.
