Read onlyjust wanted to advise everyone if you are getting hammered by next day shipping losses .
ie: pay £9 to send next day only for them to ope a-z case then having to refund it all . ive had no choice but to stop offering services .
if everyone stopped offer maybe amazon stop this auto refund for shipping
Are your goods not arriving next day? If so then why would you object to the A-Z, it's a slam dunk for the customer.
If it arrives next day then there is no problem?
I think you need to elaborate on your issue.
My next days I charge a lot but put them on a special delivery. If they don't arrive on time I am covered by Royal Mail.
If you use SFP and this goes wrong then you won't suffer an A-Z provided you have used buy shipping and the tracked 24 service on time.
I send many next day deliveries on premium shipping and I never had an A-Z for one even for those that have been delayed.
I send all mine by Royal Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day. 99% arrive the next day, the rare one doesn't due to Royal Mail issues. As it is a guaranteed service they have to repay you the cost of the postage if they don't deliver next day or have a delivery attempt.
What courier and service are you using?
What reason are you getting A-Z's for? Are you using Amazon Buy Shipping or buying your post outside Amazon?
Are these next days on premium shipping or are they SFP?
