Account has failed our verification process

I would like to thank you all in advance for your feedback, support and help. I am out of Work as this was my main source of income, I have been trading on Amazon for a good 3 years, just got regular Amazon verification email to confirm

Within 14 days, please reply to this email with the information listed below:

– A list of all individuals who access your account and the locations they access it from.

– A list of all the locations your business trades from.

– A list of all the locations you intend to ship your products from.

– The source of the products you intend to sell on Amazon.

Please also confirm if you intend to ship your products using fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) or the merchant fulfilled network (MFN).

Unfortunately, I provided a different address by mistake for “trade from” as what was in my Amazon Account. I received the following Amazon Notification with Account deactivation.

I have also identified that my business (ltd company) Identity information does shows the correct initial business address except the postcode is for my residential address.

I am not been able to update the business identitiy information “Address” in the section. I have tried to email seller verifications but it’s a no reply email. I have mailed this to payments verification already fingers crossed let’s see if they reply. There is no response in the case log

The appeal email says that the payments failed verification; this would have been as wrong postcode is pasted in the identity information address.

Any Suggestions how do i update this information,

Worst thing is it says decision not subject to appeal but provides an appeal button next to it. They should be able to update the address to match the documents i have already provided, i feel.

If you do not create a removal order within the next 30 days, we will dispose of your inventory and you will be debited for standard removal fees.

You need to email the verification team (have a forum search for the exact address) and ask them to “enable” the business section so you can input the correct info - everything must match exactly. It is a pity that you have 2 different errors though. Amazon won’t correct your info for you - you have to do it yourself.
The email from Amazon says decision is final so this may not work but another appeal won’t work unless all your info is correct and matching.

Thanks Shrewsbury, I have manage to change the address from the business information identity section. Have forwarded my bank statement by opening case submit documents but still waiting on amazon response. I have submitted company bank statement, showing my company name and address and both sides of my Driving licence in pdf less than 10mb. Let see when i do get a response from Amazon Seller support or if i do get a response at all

Finally, after 100 days of waiting, I have the business identity information section allowing me to upload documents.

Three documents required:

1- To confirm my personal home address
2- To confirm the company Registration (it says document to be dated after 7th July 2020: this was the date of my last confirmation statement) My Incorporation was in 2018, I guess they need incorporation document here
3- Statutes (by-laws/articles of association)
Business name on submitted Statutes should be ''
Submitted Statutes should contain Articles of Association and a share allotment document (statement of Capital/ Annual return/ share register).

I guess this is the standard articles of association with the pages on the bottom of the incorporation certificate showing the shareholding filed electronically

Can anyone one confirm this Please @ [Shrewsbury_Marine_S1]
