It seems like the dashboard is not completely updating and I get the following message while trying to send to Amazon (FBA)"

I cant even GET to send to Amazon page? I click on shipments tab, and normally click on the send to amazon option from dropdown bar. Right now there IS NO dropdown bar. I have a shipment ready to go, and no way to access it to fill out the box information!
