Packaging: SIOC & FFP in relationship to FBA/FBM and private label

Context:
I am in the process of familiarising myself with packaging regulations.
We are working towards selling our own product (so most likely private label) which is in the area of sustainable personal products. Beginning in the UK
Currently informing on pro’s/ cons of FBM,FBA and Private label

What we want:
SIOC with our personal designed packaging.

• In the long term Amazon Green label complient

Question:
I cannot find any information on:

• Do we need an ISTA certification on SIOC products for FBM/Private label (with non amazon party storage & shipping), to comply with Amazon brand regulations?

• Do we need an ISTA certified Container for FBA Small & Light ?
