Account deactivated HELP

Hi all,

I have been selling on and off on Amazon for a year or so now. Recently my account was randomly deactivated due to me supposedly having two accounts. I've tried resubmitting information many times and advise I only have one account but dont seem to be getting anywhere. Does anyone have any advice?
