Items stuck in FC

Hi,

I have an issue, I am trying to get sorted

Basically I have a list of items which are on my stock file, shown as FC processing, when I look to see why they are reserved, they say the stock does not exist. ( It did exist when I sent it in)

However as it is also on my inventory I am also being charged for storage of these items, which apparently don’t exist, which I also cannot produce a removal order request for as they show 0 stock.

I have tried contacting Amazon, but they just seem to try and show me how to produce a remove item request.

Any ideas?
