Account At risk of deactivation

Hello everyone, I just want to share my experience with seller support.

My account is at risk of deactivation due to late shipping rate.

my issue started when i contacted seller support because Amazon delivery agent did not show up to pickup shipment after the scheduled collection time window from 2pm to 6pm, I called seller support almost immediately after time passed telling them that the DA did not show up or called at all, they said to me that since you called there will be no effect in your account health and any mark in your account health will clear off after 7 business days.

Fast forward after almost 1 month when a asked for help the reply came back from amazon team that:

""The late shipment rate for your account is not eligible for adjustment because As per internal team records :

DA  visited the seller twice but the order still not ready , last time was today 2024-08-19 10:41:57". Accordingly, this doesn't considered as a CD case as DA tried to visit already so the seller.""

this email does not make any sense at all.. how is the DA visited me 2 times but the order still not ready while i was the first one to call seller support and opened a case regarding this issue??

Anyway i feel so disappointed and injustice by support team. how easy your account can be suspended by false informations and you can't do something about it and all what you get is Automated emails.
