Read onlyhel everyone,
few days back i have received an email regarding to verify value added tax VAT so Amazon ask documents of my company and directors. I have submitted all the documents + my company registration certificate and director residential proof, invoices everything.
I have submitted director bank statement + 2 different credit card bills statement. Plus credit card receiving letter. Morover, I have updated the residential address on company House bcz it was old. Sending amendment letter of changes.
documents sending
1: bank statement
2: credit cards bill
3: amendment letter of director living address changes.
i don't know what else they want.
but Amazon keep deny documents of director residential proof. Here is the blow feedback which receive from Amazon.
If you operate a Limited Company or Partnership:
1 -- Documents confirming the place of residence of every director or partner listed in the extract.
We can accept any of the following documents:
-- Council tax bill
-- Utility bill (gas, water, electricity, TV, internet, mobile phone, or landline)
-- Bank statement (Documents issued by a financial services provider, such as third-party providers or online digital banks, are not acceptable as a proof of address.)
-- Credit union or building society statement
-- Credit card statement or bill
-- Mortgage statement
Ensure that the document meets the following criteria:
-- The document must show the individual’s name and residential address, as well as the provider’s logo.
-- The document must be dated within 180 days.
-- For a council tax bill only, the document must be valid for the current tax year.
-- The document must not be a screenshot.
If you do not meet the UK establishment criteria: Verify that you are not established in the UK.
In this case, you will not need to provide documentation, but you will need to pay Amazon to account for the un-paid VAT.

Hello @Seller_ddDc8QhlHzw3F,
After checking with the partner team I was informed that the verification was completed and the funds are eligible for disbursements.
Can you confirm?
Kind regards,
Sarah.
