This customer bought an item to me and he bought the same to another seller but he decided to keep mine and return the damaged item to me, upon receiving the order back, I contacted the customer and informed him that the box he send me is not my order and the original box is damaged. He said that he bought two of the items but mine arrived late that why he decided to return it but he was confused about which is which, I send my order protected in another box to protect the original box but the othe seller sent it to him in the original box with stickers sticking all over and the box is also damaged. If you've decided that mine came late then why even open my packaging, you should just return it as you receive it but you end up using mine and return the faulty one to me.
Can someone help in this matter please, I think customer are abusing sellers and we are buying all this goods with our own money and someone will just come and cheat us like that.

You will be advised to appeal the AZ claim but I suspect it will not help unless you have absolute proof that the item returned was sent in good condition without a damaged box.

Unfortunately we are just peasants mate when it come to A-Z Claims. You wont win this as Amazon don't care about sellers. You might have a claim to get a small amount back via Safe-T but it wont be much. Im sorry this happened to you

Amazon seems to prioritise customer satisfaction above everything else—even if that means putting all the cost and pressure on sellers. They go to great lengths to keep buyers happy, often without any consideration for how it affects the businesses actually supplying the products. Unfortunately, it feels like sellers are treated as disposable—if one leaves, there are always millions more in line, until they too get frustrated or go bankrupt trying to keep up. Happy Easter.

To rub salt in the wounds here (I commented above) I bought a nice Laptop Bag directly from Amazon a few days ago, it is showing up as delivered yesterday, however, it clearly hasn't been. No Photo, No GPS or Signiture on tracking just a note 'Delivered' and Amazon are not refunding me as item is showing as 'Delivered' mad how they don't issue refunds when its their products.......

post.Thanks everyone for all your input on my A-Z claim, this time around Amazon did justice and sided with me. After they investigated and found out that they're not even real customers but scammers who are targeting sellers to gain.
They will buy your new products and ask for refund after few days, when you accepted their refund they will end up sending you their faulty or second hand products they have bought somewhere else. If you refuse refund they will put A-Z claim against you because they know that Amazon will grant their A-Z but this time around the customer was left in shock. He was messaging me trying to intimidate me to refund his money and he even call me unprofessional. So while we are waiting for his A-Z claim another customer requested for refund for the same item so I reported them to Amazon that I believe this is team work. Amazon investigated and non of them get refunded so I won this time.
Please sellers start taking pictures of your order before posting them because these types of customers are out there to try and get our hard earned money, from now on I am taking pictures of all products and packaging before sending it out so that incase of any returns I will be able to defend my case
