Read onlyPeople I need some help here. I recently registered for sale in Amazon Canada Account and my account got deactivated due to multiple seller accounts.
I don't have any multiple accounts. But my suspicion is that it is due to same domain name used, which was linked to another account in US. I don't have any relationship with that account. That person informed me that he closed his US Amazon account already. I think that account is deactivated.
I bought the domain from that person and it is on my own name. I have all the proofs and I have submitted appeals so many times. I have no relationship with that person, he was just a friend who was helping me to start Amazon.
Please I need some help/suggestion.
Thanks,
Hello @Seller_a3quJEE6ZJ9kN,
Thank you for posting your concerns with your account deactivation.

As mentioned your account was deactivated in due to being associated to another store that is unable to sell on amazon. You mentioned you purchased a domain and feel this caused the association. You also mentioned providing information this, what exactly did you provide as evidence of the transaction?
How exactly did this friend help you get started on amazon, what was their involvement? If we still have concerns with the association after the provided documentation, this other store will first need to be reinstated.
So I can assist further in your situation, can you also provide your original deactivation notice here?
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
