Shipment missing for over 100 days
Shipment ID FBA187LB233M was delivered on Jul 25, 2024 by FedEx tacking 777562723138, yet no items have been tagged yet after 100 days of delivery. We have provided all the necessary documentation to Amazon Seller Support, yet the matter remains unresolved. We are surprised and concerned by the response, it says that Amazon has no record of receiving the expected items. Where did the items go?
We’ve provided all required documentation, including the invoice and POD, as per FBA policies.
The shipment is worth $7000 and significantly impacts our business.
Is there anything else we can do here? Please suggest.
