It would help if Amazon would stop the ridiculous 'potential price violation' being applied to used books. Really nice books, ideal presents, are removed by Amazon as Amazon can supply a cheaper new edition - in six to eight months time. It's infuriating.
100% agree with @Seller_mxez2L8QjE6WWpost. These potential price violations are ridiculous for used books, as they never take into account scarcity or condition, and as said, many of them will NEVER have a new edition available, if older books - just Amazon hogging the Buy Box with a non-existent new copy.
Hello Amazon,
You said that"During the busy holiday season, it may take up to 21 days for your shipments to be delivered and processed at Amazon's fulfillment centers.", However, it has been 26 days since my shipment was signed for from the Amazon BHX4 warehouse until November 30, 2024, and the Amazon warehouse has not yet received the shipment, The shipment IDs are FBA15JFWLJGD and FBA15HN2S3FM, I have the proof of receipt for BHX4 warehouse. If you need to verify it, I can send it to you privately. My product is currently participating in Amazon's Black Friday flash sale event, but due to the Amazon warehouse not receiving the shipment, it is out of stock. If possible, I hope you can help me receive the shipment as soon as possible. I'm sorry to post this information here. Thanks for your time.
Hi @Seller_y3DFIwyqgauF9,
Thanks for reaching out! Regarding your specific issue with the shipments, a couple of suggestions that may help:
First, check if any products have an "Action required" status in your shipment details. If so, you'll need to select an option there before submitting a research request.
It's also a good idea to double-check if any units were missed or added by mistake when prepping the shipment. Amazon can then reconcile any discrepancies between missing and extra units after you submit the research request.
For more information, check the help page: Reconcile your shipment
Although I can't expedite anything on my end, I'd recommend opening a case with Seller Support if you haven't already. They'll be able to directly investigate and provide updates on receiving your shipments
Let me know if any other questions come up! Ezra
