Account Temporarily Deactivated - Going round in circles with the payments team
We received an email to say our account has been temporarily deactivated and have had all our disbursements and ads frozen as our business name doesn't match with our deposit method. We've tried everything to get our business name changed for months but had no luck at all - just keep going round in circles with cases and on email.
We originally setup the Amazon account over a year ago with our first company name but have since always traded under our second company so need to keep our current deposit/disbursement bank method (our second company) the same and just need the Amazon account company name changing on our account to match out current bank method.
Has anyone had a similar experience or have any ideas?

I hope you sort it, we had a name change in July 23 and been going round in circles with Amazon and still not been able to sell. What we provide as verification is 100% correct and valid but Amazon won't except it.

I have had the same problem for a month, until one of the 20+ seller support people I spoke with advised me to get a new bank account with my name in exactly the same format as on passport and Amazon account. Even though the previous one has worked fine for 10+ years. Anyway, it seems to have worked.
