Amazon still isn't Refunded Buyers on Returns Not Subject to RFS
There's no way to select "Inaccurate return reason code" to get return label credit. No option to deduct this on any order over $100 where we process refund, not subject to RFS. Logically, let them auto refund, but Amazon has NEVER been consistant in the date of the refund. An Amazon manager would of asked the team to code up a "IF" statement. IF 48hrs Monday-Friday has passed, automatically refund. How hard is that?
So, we have 2 A-Z claims counting against us because Amazon didn't refund the customer! and we got hit with these waiting for Amazon to refund so we could file SAFE-T Claim to get credit on return label.
Honestly, what the heck does it matter anyways. SAFE-T claim has been refusing return label credits for "Inaccurate return reason code" lately even though policy says they're responsible for reviewing claim and making correct adjustment. But some AI/BOT or low end employee with prefilled options, selects something along the lines of, "You are part of the prepaid return program and no credit is due". WRONG! Part of the prepaid return program for RFS is to credit back return labels when proven buyer error and buyer lied to get free return. Our account has, "I want to offer Free Returns for none of my items" selected.
These were being credited before Amazon remodeled the SAFE-T claim process, making it much worse. By limiting files to 2 per each. Now we have to take multiple images and collage them. Because there's no way to defend claims without doing that.
Fire the Amazon manager/employees in charge of setting these processes up. Otherwise Amazon is going to end up with nice FTC federal lawsuit. Clearly violating policy. In any other business, this would be fraud and racketeering. Large corporation like Amazon is protected, thus far, from any consequences.
A scammer sending back a small tiny item, should not withhold return shipping! boom! simple. _______<<<This space represents bad words and insults I'm not allowed to say on the forums, but feel them deep, deep in my soul.
