Buyer left product review on seller profile
Can a moderator help me? I was left an unfair and unjustly review they complained item didn't work and they threw it away and left me a 2 star review. Item was brand new sealed, and they never even contacted me. automated feedback manager wont remove it, but this review is damaging to my feedback score and is absolutely unfair? Can anyone help please? This seems more like a product review as there complaint was about the product itself and it should of been removed.
