Feeling helpless, Does anyone have any advice?

Hey, so - due to circumstances somewhat out of my control (CS rep went on the back-end and changed my brand for me which resulted in an IP violation) my account is now deactivated.

After studying Seller University like a hound, I'm on my 15th appeal now with no luck. I've given the appeal process everything I absolutely can, and I've come up short with nothing at all to resolve.

I've attached invoices, documentation, assurances, prevention, etc to every single one of my appeals - each one denied. Has anyone ever been through this situation? How did you get through it? Did you end up solving it or did you just give up?

Any advice is seriously appreciated, I am just jarred regarding the whole situation & I don't know what to do. My main goal at this point is to just get the account reactivated so I can sell my branded items created by our business & not other brands.

P.S. if we can avoid the responses that are just flat-out rude/not helpful, that would be greatly appreciated. i.e "you're mad Amazon doesn't want you on their platform, just leave", "i feel so sorry for you, you cant get what they need now you're crying here", etc. Thank you ahead of time.

On the positive side you have gone from argumentative and insisting that you were allowed to sell Pokemon to merely trying to rescue your account to sell other things.

The downside is that Amazon has certain lines that can't be crossed (unless you are an 'offshore' seller and then anything is possible).

The Amazon Customer Service rep (Alberto was the first name I found) basically gave you 96 hours to hang your account out to dry.

There MIGHT be a way to appeal and go through the step by step process where AMAZON help create the problem but it would most likely involve an attorney and lots of money.

Even if you found the cash and an attorney to take on a case Amazon will bleed you dry if they want to.

The least stressful solution is not what you want to do but it will be to start selling anyplace and everyplace else.
