customers just refund non returnable silver coins and amazon does nothing, they just give them refund and let them keep the coin. this is the most stupid thing i have ever seen, the amazon service just refunds and let them keep a valuable coin. amazon also stole my 50 gram coin and gave me half the amount and did nothing about it . this website just makes me wanna quit everyday. no policy for the customers.
please add refund only if its recorded, this is just sad.i have all the proof of packing my things but amazon does whatever they want the employees are just sitting there and just do whatever they please

I think you can add another proof. All logistic team keep records of weight. If you always mention correct weight of your shipment then with & without the coin, Shipment will have a correct 50 grams difference. You can show this as proof also by clicking some images. earlier i as a buyer face a case with First cry. They could not ignore this proof.
I also sell non-returnable items in the innerwear category. Amazon's policy for refunds is just rubbish. They simply do not follow their own policy.
