Linking Products to Amazon Brand Registry

Hi,

I’m wondering if anyone can help out with a problem I have linking products to a Brand registered with the Brand Registry please?

I am an Registered Agent for the brand and have officially been granted that level of control from Amazon.

I have asked Amazon Brand Registry the following:

What is the process for linking products to a brand that is registered in the Brand Registry?

I received the following:

In order to enroll this ASIN under Brand Registry, you will have to perform a full update on the ASIN, post which, you will be able to see the ASINs part of your brand.
Please note that while performing a full update using a feed file, it is mandatory to include the following information:

-> Brand name (exactly as per the Brand registry)
-> Key attribute (UPC) - The UPC of the item, registered with GS1.org
-> Category item-type - Use the BTG for the correct category.

I have subsequently run a full flat file update on the ASINs I would like to link to the brand. I have waited 4 days and they are still not linked.

Has anyone overcome this problem please?..Any help greatly appreciated.
