Hi, i have uploaded my listing in branded category and it is saying request selling approval for policy complaince. And they are asking for document that is most probably invoice . I have uploaded it but they kept refusing . I dont know if there is any mistake in invoice or they are asking for something else. Because points that are requirements provided by amazon all are fulfilled in the invoice . I am really stuck here . Help will be much appreciated.

Have you checked the brand on the listing, does it match the invoice? is the invoice from a recognised supplier not a retailer?
