shipping status is not Updating

Hi guys ,

i'm a new seller .I'm doing FBM and buying Tracked Postage from Evri and submitting correct Consignment No. my all parcels have been delivered as i tracked on evri website but in amazon the status is still shows Shipped not delivered . Can anyone help me to understand why this happening ?
