My UK seller account has been deactivated due to section 3
I am a white label seller with all needed authorisation to rebrand two products which have been deactivated. I have also been invited with these two brands on Amazon registry.
After the appeal which included all requested information I have been told to send Supplier information.
My supplier has been contacted by Amazon verification team on 18/12/2024 with the Reference Number: T 10601706992 and confirmed the authenticity of the purchase.
The supplier confirmed the authenticity of the invoice too late on the 3rd of January 2025 (16 days later)
Between that time, my submitted information has been automatically rejected with the following email: "We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account."
I have called Amazon health support team yesterday and I have been asked to submit screenshots of the email conversation between me and my supplier in which the screenshot of the email which has been sent by AMAZON verification team has been submitted.
I submitted the information yesterday and today and received the automatic email again: We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account."
I have called my supplier to ask if they have got a new email from the Amazon verification team but nobody has contacted them yet.
Can anyone help me with this issue, is there somebody who could potentially send the invoices to my supplier again please?
They will respond much quicker than before, thanks.
