Price increases and Featured Offer

Due to supplier costs increasing we have had to increase the price of one of our items slightly.

We sell our own brand and are the only sellers of it on Amazon.

Further complicating matters, I had to delete the listing and re-add it as it kept going to error when editing it. I re-added the listing and added one new colour variation. All the variations are the same price. However now the older variations have all lost the featured offer (as they're now too high a price according to Amazon). The new colour variation has the featured offer, presumably because it's never been sold before on Amazon.

Anything I can or could have done to avoid this? Will it eventually right itself? The price increase was not a huge amount. It was £29.99 and now its £32.99.
