Sales display different values in app than on reports

I have a funny one and wondered if anyone could shed any light.

I use the app to monitor things on the move then a desktop in the warehouse.

my problem is that the app is showing different sales values to what is displayed in the reports. Not just a little, its by a lot.

every report I run ( 1st to last date of the month) displays different values to the app.

September on the app says £2346 in sales. when I run the report 1st - 30th September the report shows 1542.69 in sales. taken from the line that states Seller-fulfilled product sales without anything taken off.

October shows 1548 on the app and then 1,998.52 on the report.

i have also tried adding in the adjustments and that is also incorrect. not even close.

scratching my head a bit, if anyone has an answer would be much appreciated
