Duplicate account and account deactivation

I have had a very confusing email and my account in now deactivated. It tells me to reactivate an account and then once reactivated submit an appeal to reactivated a current account. Then when I follow the link it says that I have more than one account and that is the problem, although the email says that my separate account was enforced for violating one of their policies, reactivate and then appeal for current one. When I go to the page, it says that I can't have more than one selling account. It asks me if I recognise it. Both the accounts are exactly the same? Duplicate accounts, and I certainly never set up a second account. I had an email a while back asking for a receipt for a penguin book. All my books are my old books and I certainly don't have a receipt for any! So I removed the book. Is this why? How do I answer the question of "do i recognise the account"? Yes, it is the same name as the one I set up! Thanks for your help guys.
