Safegaurd interest of Genuine Seller and Abuse of Amazon policy

I have seen that one seller has 32 feedback on one day alone, however he has 135 total feedback in last one entire year. Its seems little suspicious to me. I wanted to raise this alarm with Amazon so that no-one abuse Amazon policy and we can safeguard the interest of genuine seller.
