Buyers claiming INR when tracking shows delivered - why can't we simply report them?

Buyers claiming INR when tracking shows delivered - why can't we simply report them?

Hello all your brilliant sellers out there!

You know you get that sinking feeling when a buyer comes along and claims INR. Those with plenty of experience have spidey senses when certain language is used that they may not be telling the truth but when tracking shows delivered, why can't we simply report this to Amazon so there's a data base of these buyers who don't like to pay for their goods.

In this day and age, you'd think they would have this in place.

Anyhow, I've created a pointless case with SS to report said buyer (ID 10098906742 in case any mods want to help).
