Adding Delivery Estimates based on Zip Code

Did Amazon change something?

I'm seeing longer ship times on items based on Zip Code now, further from your shipping center, more days they add.

Example, we are based in Michigan, and shipping template is 1-3 Days.

Our items are showing delivery in 1-3 days.

I also have California set to 1-3 days template.

But same item, showing delivery estimate to California of 4-5 days longer.

Despite my shipping template having California set to 1-3 days.
