EASY SHIP OPT OUT

I am here now to request how the team responding my case, it's been 3 days and my number is updated they just emailed back that my number is not reachable. I am waiting them to fix my shipping settings because I just recently make my store yes, but I got a sales of 500+ and but my profit is like 70 and all the profit was in easy ship fee as my items are oversize, I already request many times and answer the survey 2 times to request the easy ship opt .

What else I need to do for me to have Self Ship (Self Delivery) I am sending my items early .
