Return Not Received Claim
Hello team
I filled a claim for return not recieved, but your team denied claim by stating that- Policy: All SAFE-T claims should be filed within 15 calendar days from the date the shipment was marked as "returned or delivered to seller" in Seller Central.
I mentioned that product not returned to me. There is no return tracking nor return Proof of delivery mail.
Please check and do needful. My product is lost and compensate for my loss.
