Send to Amazon Workflow Error
Send to Amazon workflow errored out and assigned 4 out of 5 shipments a carrier and bol. The 5th shipment will not allow carrier selection or any changes and is still in working status. I can't even open the workflow anymore without error. Just hoping a mod can chime in to find out if we ship this using our own carrier will it still be received by the warehouse? Opened a case a few days ago and the only response is they are waiting on the internal team.... case ID 16756452461
