Missing items from FBA shipment
Good Morning Everyone,
I apologise in advance if I have put this post on a wrong thread, first time using!
I’ve recently started selling on amazon ( just over a month ) and I have an issue with a shipment I have sent in.
Essentially I sent in 23 items and only 18 have been booked in. It went to reconcile status (first time I’ve ever had this issue) and I went to go through the process but it never had a drop down menu for me to click to investigate so I emailed in.
I received a reponse stating ;
" Items are marked "investigation completed "- shipments counted and confirmed " in seller central when we have completed the second physical check to re-count the units received, in rensponse to your request we have completed a further review. This review has confirmed that we have no recordof receiving the units in question therfore no reimbursement for these units will be issued ".
I have proof of purchase and I have a second box which I have sent in a further 5 of the same item (not reached reconcile status yet but was sent in before the above box) that have not been received as well.
Does anybody know where I stand with this? I 100% sent in the items and like I said this is the first time it has happened to me so any help is greatly appreciated, thank you

Have you got the stamped BOL from your courier?
Does the weight you declared match the weight the courier has given and also match the expected weight of those items?
Is your proof of purchase a recent invoice?

There are so many stories of Amazon staff stealing stock from FBA centres, a quick Google search will shock you.
