My Seller account has been de-activated due to product authenticity.
Please help me guys, my account has been de-activated due to authenticity, i have done number of appeals, provided all genuine invoices, letter from supplier, but still they are keep saying not provided enough information we can not activate your account.
They are asking letter of authorization from brand from my supplier or supply chain document what is supply chain document?
Please help me.

What you need is documentation showing your product was sold by the manufacturer or brand owner directly to you, or to an authorised distributor/wholesale, then to you including permission to sell the product on Amazon. If you bought from a retailer, including on-line, that won't do. There have been many caught out with unsocial media badvice about millions on Amazon. Seller University is the only place to learn.
