Stupid error on my part, now Finding it impossible to get a search for lost items at Tamworth FC - any chance of some help?

Case ID 10445308712

Shipment numbers. FBA15J7NMT90. FBA15J7NW7TG. FBA15J7NL6GH. FBA15J7NT4DQ

I made a stupid error - I combined some case packed items with individual items in the same SPD box and sent to Amazon as I thought that was how 'Optimised by Box-Level Placement' worked. Doh!

I did do a few test SPD shipments to see if it worked - and it did for the first 10 or 15, great.

But then I discovered that on later shipments the case packed items were just showing as 'receiving' for ever.

So now I have the problem of having several case packed boxes floating around Tamworth FC with no POD ( because they were inside another bigger box and couldn't be scanned by UPS )

When I raise a case with SS they ask for Proof of Delivery/Proof of acceptance and then proof of purchase or ownership for the inventory .

I send in invoices, but because I cant supply proof of delivery they invariably close the case after going back and forth for weeks.

They only deal with one shipment at a time, so it makes the whole process hugely time consuming and frustrating.

Is there any way to get this escalated past the gatekeepers - to someone who could genuinely try to help?

Any help greatly appreciated - I have about 30 missing boxes in total

Hello @Seller_13BH7cPrSUP2v,

I am Spencer with Amazon.

I have checked your cases regarding the missed shipments.

I saw that case: 10473477692 was just transferred to another team.

Can you please wait for an update and if there is no solution please write in this thread. I will try to find a team to help further.

Regards, Spencer
