Bearing in mind the off-Amazon cost can be edited by you, I suspect that maybe you added the item cost price somewhere, hence it’s showing that you haven’t lost out.
I do wonder though why the Fulfillment fee is so low. Something isn’t right.
I don’t use that report page so I can’t by sure if I’m correct.
I'm not sure on that report but amazon will happily charge you more than the sale price if thats what the fees are
Even if you sell at cost to clear stock Amazon fees still apply so at cost you'll be on a loss due to fees. Plus FBA fees of £8.18 to deliver 100 units can't be right (was it a mix of FBA and FBM perhaps).
You balance on the seller central homepage will show what'll be hitting your account.
No, you should not expect £2650 going in to your account. A sale of £26.50 has a referral fee of £3.45 plus the DSF of 24p. With VAT that's £4.42 per sale, so x 100 that's already £442 to come off the total.
The fulfilment fee showing i can't see on the rate card at a quick glance so it might be something like dimensional weight, but it really looks like a per item fee rather than the cost for 100 items. You can look at one of your orders to confirm that.
Can someone please explain what is in the image attached? Please tell me that it's not correct that when I made a sale at cost price to remove all stock that Amazon didn't charge me more than the sale price. So, should I expect to see 2650.00 pounds going into my account?
regards,
