Amazon Verfication

Having problems getting verified. We have had a total of 1 order on this account, that got cancelled by the buyer.

Amazon are asking for:

-- Evidence of delivery or verify that currently uploaded tracking information is correct. Tracking information may be provided in the Manage Orders section of your seller account. This may include buyer confirmation of receipt or proof-of-delivery documentation.

How can we provide a POD for an order that the buyer cancelled. I have sent them copies of POD's and tracking numbers from our other marketplaces.

-- You may be missing critical business information from your account to validate positive buyer-seller history across other sales channels. Provide supporting documents that includes but are not limited to business website and email or company bank information.

Have provided Bank statement, Company Incorporation Certificate, VAT certificate, Credit Card statements

-- We have observed a significant increase to your sales or an unusual change in your selling patterns. Please provide us supporting evidence that you have inventory to fulfill all of the orders placed. This includes but is not limited to copies of invoices, receipts, contracts, delivery orders, or authorization letters from your supplier issued in the last 365 days.

We went from 0 to 1 order back in 2020 buyer cancelled. What invoices do they want me to show them? Asking for specifics does not work as it is like running my face down a cheese grater.

Amazon's seller support is not always the best but replying to this needs careful. You only get so many chances to submit "plan of actions" before they just will stop replying and in this case you need to address all issues they bring up. In every case you need to take responsibility even if this is not your fault. It seems unfair but in order to get back with selling on Amazon you need to take full responsibility and say that you will improve your performance. Show you have inventory, show you have a verified business and in response to POD then show this order as cancelled by the buyer. Put it all in one message so it is super easy for them to understand and that all points in one go are address. In order to get back selling then Amazon support need to check off boxes to say that these points have all been address so splitting this up can reset this process. Also Make sure you date this and title each heading. Don't ramble on and get to the point they need to tick the boxes that you have addressed each issue. Hope this helps.
