Denied the safe-t claim for the Rajasthan fake product return and help to claim the amount and prevent the losses

I would like to clarify the following points regarding the SAFE-T claim:
1. I want to confirm that I have not used the images from this SAFE-T claim elsewhere or in any previous SAFE-T claims related to other orders.
2. At the time Product returning via Amazon’s Deliver Easy shipping service, I was asked to provide an OTP (One-Time Password) for confirmation of the return. At that time, the delivery person informed me that their mobile battery had died and he requested that provide the OTP, they will confirm the product return as soon as possible after charge there mobile. So,we also gave the OTP to the delivery partner. After returning the product, we discovered that the product was fake. We immediately took a video of the unboxing and images of the fake product for evidence. The delivery person later entered the OTP confirmation for the return. This is why the images submitted for the SAFE-T claim were taken before the return confirmation was processed.
I would like to request that you review the location details of the delivery partner when the return status was updated. The location of the delivery partner, as recorded in your system and also check my pick up address location, should reflect the true status of the return at that time.
Please kindly review my claim and provide compensation for the loss I have incurred.
