I am absolutely furious with Amazon.
A buyer opened an A-Z stating item wasn't delivered, despite the tracking showing as delivered well within timeframe.
Tracking was uploaded at time of dispatch too.
Amazon then granted the buyer the A-Z and funded her out of our funds.
I appealed the A-Z and provided date and time it was delivered and a image of the official tracking page which Amazon have access to.
Despite this evidence, Amazon denied my appeal stating not sufficient evidence.
What on earth is going on, the official Royal Mail tracking page shows delivery.
Am I missing something here.
I take this extremely seriously and I will have absolutely no hesitation about taking legal action if this is not resolved.
What is Amazon thinking of as I am baffled.
Is this site not to be trusted to do business on?

sympathise with you- the A-Z system is rubbish. Amazon seem to require a signature as proof of delivery these days - and even then ……..
Unfortunately you do get the odd one that filters through and you may have some success in appealing by raising an external case.
One thing I would suggest in this instance is just double check that the tracking although says delivered ties up with the actual address. There should be GPS co-ordinates and also check that the delivery is not showing as your local sorting office as they will show delivered even though in reality they have been returned back through insufficient address details (schools in particular for me are the worst for it) Sometimes a lne is missed in the address and may slip through the net.
Not saying this has happened but you need to cover all bases before going back to Amazon.
All being correct, I would simply raise a case explaining when the item was sent, when it was received along with a screenshot of whatever tracking data you can provide with as much detail.
After this I would then say you wish to appeal the issue once again after providing more evidence to support your claim or a concise explanation to why you have awarded the claim and furthermore chosen to leave a bad stat.
