No, I don’t think there’s any way of blocking messages from a particular buyer. You can report the messages to Amazon if you feel they warrant it.
Has she acknowledged anything that you have said in a message to her? The Amazon messaging system is not very well designed and customers often don’t receive the messages that you send them however she should definitely have received a refund notification directly from Amazon.

No, unlike eBay, there is no way to block buyers on Amazon. You can however mark messages as No Response Needed.
It is best to stay polite, remember the buyer could still leave you negative feedback, even though you have refunded her.

Unfortunately, Amazon doesn’t offer the option for sellers to block buyers, the Seller Support won’t be able to assist you in any way either.
All you can do is report the communication using the “Report message” button in the buyer-seller messaging interface.
Then simply keep marking all messages as “No response needed” or even better, create a copy and paste response template for this particular buyer and everytime he contacts you, paste it and submit.
It should be a polite reply stating that the refund was already processed and they will receive it back into their original payment method.

I had one a couple of weeks ago where I had to refund as my stock was water damaged. I refunded instantly and explained why. I then got a couple of ‘Where’s my refund?’ messages from her and replied to say she had already been refunded and attached screen grabs. She then replied to say, ‘not on here, when you refunded me I ordered it on your website instead but you haven’t replied on there but you reply on here’.
Seriously, you couldn’t make it up.

i encountered similar case last month. Reported to Amazon & buyer blocked from me. Also, Amazon told me that if the buyer gives me a negative feedback they will take action on the buyer & remove the negative feedback. I still saving the email just in case. But the buyer ‘disappeared’ after my report.

Always be polite, as Kika says just keep copy and pasting
You could inform each time that AMAZON process the refund, and to phone them on 0207-084-7911
I’d report her as well. She could leave bad feedback and if she is not quite firing on all cylinders then at least noted.
Amazon will only take notice if everyone keeps reporting these sorts of Buyers.
We had one last few weeks similar, gave bad feedback, when he did not like the item, admits he never gives any good feedback to anyone. Then returns the £50 item without any protective packaging, just put in a box and of course it gets damaged on the way back to us and has to be binned.
He then in the end gets his mother to phone us, and she says he is autistic adult, she persuaded him to remove the bad feedback, and we lost the £50 of course.
These Buyers really should be banned from adding feedback, or noted as having problems and a special team at Amazon action accordingly.

Buyers sometimes don’t realise that the refund comes through via Amazon on the card they used for payment. So, sometimes they don’t know the refund has been made until they get their next credit card statement - and that’s assuming that they read the statement.

Ask her to check her bank, and also her Amazon account. The refund can often be given by Amazon as a credit, and if she’s bought something else the credit will have been used.

I have a buyer who keeps sending me essays. She wants me to send free items and i just refused becuase its a gift for her sister inlaw who baught one and tore after several wears. She wants a free item sent to her in usa as a gift. If not sent she will write a bad review etc. I wish amazon would deal with these issues too. They ask for not writing fake positive reviews and on the other hand you get this. Ive stopped replying to her now and keeps sending massive essays and wont give up
