Listing deactivated because of Product Condition Complaint - Defective
On September 5, we received a Product Condition Customer Complaint on the account health page and we were asked to provide information for appeal.
The Customer Complaint Summary: Product is not compatible with expected function.
We submitted 7 times, each time with different information. But each time it was rejected on the grounds that the information Amazon requested was not provided.
But in fact, we cannot know what materials we lack through Amazon’s reply which were very general.
Their response is shown :

The last materials we submitted were: 1.POA 2.Instruction to guide usage 3.User manual 4. Quality inspection report 5.VAT invoice 6. Proforma invoice 7.Pictures of the original and updated packaging.
We want to ask for help from the account health team, but it always shows: the wait time is unavailable:

We have tried clearing cookies on the web page and switching browsers, but to no avail.
Has anyone encountered the same problem as us?
